AI Policy

This policy explains how artificial intelligence is used within the VELOCITY programme delivered by Intuitive Logic Limited, and how participant data is handled.

Last updated: May 2026

1. How AI Is Used

VELOCITY is an AI-integrated venture building programme. AI tools are integral to the programme itself: each module maps to specific AI tools that participants learn to use to build their ventures. The programme is designed around the practical, hands-on application of these tools.

AI is also used in the operation of the programme. Live sessions are recorded and transcribed, always with the cohort's knowledge and consent. Recording may be paused at any time at a participant's request. Transcripts are used to surface action items, capture decisions, and ensure no point of substance is lost between sessions. AI is used to structure programme materials, prepare worked examples, and tailor written feedback on participant submissions.

2. How Outputs Are Handled

Programme materials and participant feedback may be drafted with AI assistance and are then reviewed and finalised by Valentine before being shared with the cohort. The intent is always that AI accelerates and sharpens the work, never that it replaces the judgment behind it.

3. Oversight

Every use of AI sits inside intentionally designed processes. Valentine applies considered judgment throughout. AI functions as a layer within the work, not as a source of authority.

4. Data Handling

All participant data is handled with care and restraint. It is used only for the purpose of running the programme, supporting participants, and improving the experience for future cohorts. Access is restricted, and retention is kept to what is operationally necessary. Where third-party tools are involved, they are configured to minimise data retention. Participant data is never used to train public AI models.

5. Tools & Providers

Tools are selected with the same level of discernment we apply to the rest of the programme. We use enterprise-grade providers known for strong ethics and robust data protections. Any tool that claims ownership of participant data is excluded. The landscape is evolving quickly, and tools are reviewed continuously as standards shift and new capabilities emerge.

6. A Shared Approach

AI is fundamental to what VELOCITY teaches and how it is run. Participants who join the programme do so on the basis of this approach. We are happy to discuss how AI is used within a specific module or workflow, and to answer any questions before enrolment.

7. Legal Alignment

We take our obligations under UK GDPR and ICO guidance seriously, and the way we use AI reflects that. We monitor developments under the EU AI Act and related frameworks closely, and update our practices as the landscape evolves.

We use market-leading AI providers that operate under formal Data Processing Agreements meeting the requirements of UK data protection law. Participant data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes, and is never used to train AI models by those providers or their partners. Anyone with questions about our data handling practices is welcome to raise them by emailing:
