"Using AI well is like having twelve co-founders, each with fifty-five PhDs — available at any hour, on any problem."
— Valentine Stockdale, Founder of VELOCITY

You have spent years — possibly decades — becoming exceptional at something that belongs to someone else's structure. The expertise is yours. The credibility is real. And somewhere alongside all of that, quietly and persistently, there has been an idea. A venture you have been thinking about building. Perhaps for a long time.

You have not built it yet. Most of the support available to someone in your position is either too generic to be useful, too junior in its assumptions about who you are, or too expensive to justify before you have validated whether the idea is worth building properly.

VELOCITY was designed for exactly this position — for senior professionals who are serious about doing this properly, and who are ready for a programme serious enough to match that.

WHY MOST VENTURES FAIL BEFORE THEY LAUNCH

The founders who build truly extraordinary ventures in the coming years will be the ones who have solved a problem that most people are still avoiding: which AI tool to use at which stage of the venture-building process, deployed in what sequence, and built on what kind of foundation. The founders who lead will be the ones who answered that properly — matching each tool to the build stage it serves best, in the correct sequence, and ensuring the strategic foundations beneath the venture have been properly interrogated before a single build decision is made.

Most people are nowhere near that. The AI space is producing a great deal of noise — prompt engineers sharing hacks, tool stacks multiplying, founders accumulating half-built projects that consume time without producing traction. The tools themselves are extraordinary. What is missing is the strategic foundation that makes the output worth anything, and the sequencing intelligence to deploy each tool at the stage where it actually produces value.

What has been missing is a programme that teaches gold standard venture-building methodology with leading AI tools woven through every stage of the build. VELOCITY was built to close that gap — and to give serious professionals a monumental competitive advantage that most of their peers will never reach, because most of their peers are simply not ready to build to investment-grade standards.

A STANDARD WORTH BUILDING TO

Investment-grade does not mean complicated.
It means built to withstand scrutiny.

The term comes from institutional finance, where it describes the standard applied to assess whether an asset, a company, or a strategy is solid enough to warrant serious capital deployment. Applied to venture building, it means something specific: every foundational decision has been properly interrogated, every assumption has been tested, and every output has been built at a standard that holds up when an experienced and sceptical observer examines it.

Most incubators, accelerators, and programmes operate at a different standard. They get you moving quickly, which feels productive. VELOCITY gets you moving properly, which produces something worth building on. The distinction matters more than most people realise until they are standing in front of someone asking hard questions.

"Building to investment-grade standard does not mean more work. It means better work, in the right sequence, producing outputs that hold up under scrutiny."

Whether you intend to raise capital or not, this is the standard worth building to. A venture that can withstand an investor's scrutiny is a venture that has been genuinely thought through. That is what VELOCITY produces.

IS THIS FOR YOU

VELOCITY was built for
this exact person.

01

You are a senior professional — a lawyer, consultant, financier, specialist, or executive — with fifteen or more years of domain expertise and a business idea you have been carrying, sometimes for years, without the structure or the time to build it properly.

02

You are building alongside a full-time role, and you need a programme designed for exactly that reality: one that is structured, time-efficient, and rigorous enough to justify the commitment you are making to it.

03

You are sceptical of the AI hype cycle and want to know which tools actually matter, for which specific jobs, in what sequence — rather than a survey of everything currently available.

04

You want to build something that holds up — to investors, to clients, to serious scrutiny. You are looking for the right foundation, built in the right sequence, at a standard that will not embarrass you later.

05

You have accumulated enough professional experience to know that most programmes talk about building a business. You want one that actually builds it, module by module, with real and substantive deliverables at every stage.

06

You are ready to commit. The people who get the most from VELOCITY are the ones who treat each module as a commitment rather than an option. If that is how you work, there is a place with your name on it.

THE PROGRAMME

Fifteen modules.
One complete venture.

Each module produces a tangible deliverable, and each deliverable builds directly on the one before it. By week fifteen, you have a complete, validated, market-ready venture — and a website launched live in front of the cohort.

Every stage of the build is supported by purpose-selected AI tools, each introduced in context and applied immediately to your own venture. You learn the discipline and the tools simultaneously, at the stage where each one does its best work.

Week 01

Your Idea, Interrogated

We pressure-test your concept against the criteria that matter to real builders and real investors, so you leave with genuine clarity on whether — and precisely how — to build it.

Week 02

Your Ideal Client Avatar

You build a precise, research-backed picture of the person your venture serves, because specificity at this stage determines the quality of every decision that follows.

Week 03

Market Intelligence

You map the competitive landscape, identify the white space your venture genuinely occupies, and build the market understanding that makes your positioning credible to anyone who examines it.

Week 04

Your Value Proposition

You articulate exactly what your venture offers, for whom, and why it is worth the price — the sentence that everything else in your venture hangs from, and the one most founders never get precisely right.

Week 05

Business Model Architecture

You design the commercial structure of your venture — revenue streams, pricing logic, cost architecture, and the unit economics that determine whether it actually works.

Week 06

Go-to-Market Strategy

You build the plan for reaching your first clients: the channels, the messaging, the outreach, and the sequenced approach that gets you to revenue without burning resources you have not yet earned.

Week 07

Operational Architecture

You map the systems, processes, and infrastructure your venture needs to deliver on its promise, built for a solo operator to run cleanly and with confidence from day one.

Week 08

Brand Identity

You build the visual and verbal identity of your venture — name, tone of voice, brand principles, and the design language that makes you immediately and unmistakably recognisable.

Week 09

Financial Model

You build a working financial model covering revenue projections, cost structure, breakeven analysis, and the assumptions that make the numbers credible to any informed observer who reviews them.

Week 10

Content Strategy

You build the content architecture that will make your venture findable, credible, and compelling across the channels that matter most to the specific person you are trying to reach.

Week 11

Sales Architecture

You design the end-to-end process by which a stranger becomes a paying client, with every stage mapped, every conversation scripted, and every conversion point understood before you need it.

Week 12

Website Copy

You write the complete copy for your website — every page, every section, every headline — in the voice of your brand, calibrated to convert the specific client you have spent eleven weeks understanding.

Week 13

Website Architecture

You design the structure, layout, and user journey of your website, with every page, every section, and every conversion path specified and ready to hand to a builder who can execute without ambiguity.

Week 14

Website Build

You build your website using Lovable, guided through the process live, so that by the end of this session your site exists and is ready to publish — which is exactly what happens in week fifteen.

Week 15

Launch

Your venture goes live. Your website publishes. You present your completed venture to the cohort. The programme ends with something real in the world — built by you, to a standard that holds up.

THE LIVE BUILD

Valentine builds a real venture. In front of you. Every week.

Alongside your own build, Valentine constructs a real venture from scratch across the fifteen weeks, using every tool in the VELOCITY stack at every stage of the programme, with complete transparency throughout. You watch it happen in real time, ask questions as it unfolds, and receive every prompt, every document, and every output produced along the way.

By week fifteen, you have two things: a venture you built yourself, and a complete reference archive from a venture built by someone who has done this for twenty-six years. The combination of doing and watching is what produces genuine capability — not just completed documents, but a way of thinking about building that you will carry into every venture that follows.

THE TOOL STACK

Twelve tools. Each assigned to the stage it serves best.

Every tool in the VELOCITY stack was selected for a specific job at a specific stage of the build, deployed for precision rather than assembled as a demonstration of range.

WHY HE BUILT THIS

For nearly two decades, Valentine has delivered commercial strategy, investment readiness programmes, and go-to-market architecture for C-suite leaders across sectors ranging from impact investment banks, impact funds and web3 platforms to mental health ventures, sustainable brands, charities, and hybrid ventures.

Everything Valentine builds is designed to hold up under intense investor scrutiny, whether or not you intend to raise capital — a standard that is functionally essential regardless of your vision or mission, grounded in well-established commercial first principles and rooted in his background as an investment readiness specialist in the City of London.

Woven through all of it, and inseparable from it, is a profound dedication to spirituality and to helping highly motivated, sophisticated professionals build viable, feasible, investible ventures in genuine service to the greatest good, with a deep commitment to the long-term survivability of every brand and mission he works with.

The question Valentine is asked most consistently — by founders, senior professionals, and people with genuine ambition — is this: which AI tools are best for which jobs, and in what sequence? The training available to answer that question has not kept pace with the tools themselves. The gap is widening every month. VELOCITY is the programme Valentine built in response.

FAQ

Everything you need to know.

VELOCITY is a 15-week venture-building incubator that helps you build your next venture with an extraordinary degree of personal excellence, supported by 12 purpose-selected AI tools. Sessions are live each week, each one producing at least one tangible deliverable, culminating in a complete venture ready to take to market by week 15. It was designed specifically for senior professionals building alongside a full-time role, at a level of rigour and sophistication that was previously accessible only to well-funded teams with dedicated support.
This programme is about building a company, from concept to market-readiness, in approximately 4 hours per week. AI is purely the instrument that makes you faster, sharper, and more sophisticated at every stage of that process. You learn which tool to use for which specific job and at which stage, and you apply it immediately to your own venture as you build. By the end, you have a complete, functioning, and viable business — not a certificate in prompt engineering.
A complete, validated, market-ready venture, with a professional website built live and launched by week 15. Every module produces something tangible: your business concept, your ideal client avatar, your value proposition, your business model, your operational strategy, your brand identity, your go-to-market plan, your financial model, your website copy, and finally the live site itself. You leave the programme with a fully built architecture, not a set of plans.
You can arrive with a fully formed concept, a rough hypothesis, or simply a strong conviction that you want to build something significant. The early modules are designed to help you develop, pressure-test, and validate a concept before you build anything on top of it. If you arrive with an idea that does not survive validation, the programme will show you clearly why — and give you the tools and the methodology to find one that does.
Each Monday, we host a 90-minute live training session. The rest of the week is yours to build, with a recommended total commitment of 3 to 4 hours. The programme was designed specifically for people building alongside a full-time job or significant family commitments, and the weekly structure reflects that reality precisely.
Live. Every Monday session takes place in real time with the full cohort. The live build, in which Valentine constructs a real venture in front of you across the 15 weeks with complete transparency, happens in real time on Zoom. Sessions are recorded for cohort members who need to catch up, but the programme is designed to be experienced in real time: if you miss the live sessions you lose the opportunity to ask questions and to build genuine relationships with the other people in the cohort.
Module 1 begins Monday 6 July 2026. The programme concludes in late October 2026. All session dates will be confirmed with the cohort ahead of the start date.
No prior experience is required with any tool in the stack. Each one is introduced in context, and you learn it by using it on your own venture at the stage where it does its best work. The gap between complete beginner and experienced practitioner closes considerably faster than most people expect once you are using the tools for a real purpose rather than in the abstract.
If you complete Module 1 and decide VELOCITY is not right for you, a full refund is available within seven days of that first session. After that point, places are non-refundable, because by then you have received substantial value and your place has been held for the cohort. If your circumstances change after enrolment and before the programme begins, reach out directly and we will find the most sensible path forward together.
Cohort 01 has ten places. The small cohort size is deliberate, designed to ensure genuine interaction, real peer learning, and meaningful access to Valentine throughout the fifteen weeks — rather than the anonymity that comes with a larger group.
