The Programme
Build your perfect venture across 15 modules.
In every module you will produce tangible deliverables. By week 15, you will have a complete, validated, market-ready venture and a professional website, plus a professional certificate marking your completion of the programme.
Cohort 02 begins Monday, 7th September 2026. Ten places. Live sessions every Monday, 90 minutes: 60 minutes of training plus an optional 30 minutes for Q&A and connecting with the cohort. All recordings are available to all cohort members.

Valentine Stockdale is a fractional CXO, venture strategist, investment readiness expert, public speaker and mentor specialising in commercial strategy and venture design. With 26 years across financial services, impact startups, technical communications, financial modelling and investment readiness, Valentine supports busy executives to build ethical, viable, feasible and investible organisations to investment-grade standards, whether or not they want or need investment.
Valentine began his career in the City of London at Buchler Rothschild, Barley Trade Finance and RFIB Group, working on behalf of institutional investors across corporate finance, trade finance and reinsurance, supporting AIM- and NASDAQ-listed clients on transactions with an aggregate value of £14.5 billion. During this time, he evaluated over two thousand investment applications from companies across technology, real estate, oil and gas, and security and defence.
In 2016, Valentine left the Square Mile and moved into social and environmental impact. He joined two accelerators before launching the Davos impact community House of Balance. From 2016 to 2026, he served as CEO of Impact Angels, an ethical strategy boutique, where he guided over 100 impact-focused CEOs to investment readiness and built financial models for impact firms raising from Series A through to sovereign wealth, including two impact funds and an impact bank.
Valentine is also an expert in startup culture and venture incubation using artificial intelligence. In 2023, he launched Pathfinder, an AI-enhanced career recommendation engine that identifies your perfect life path (98% five-star reviews). That same year, Valentine launched his first incubator cohort for clients looking to build their perfect careers into market-ready brands using AI and the world's leading frameworks (100% five-star reviews).
More recently, Valentine began an active business mentoring practice and is currently editing his first book on venture building. What exactly is VELOCITY?+
VELOCITY is a 15-week incubator for dedicated professionals building a brand new business alongside full-time commitments. We tackle one module per week, to produce one deliverable each week, with 12 AI tools mapped to every stage of your build. By week 15, you will have a complete, validated, market-ready venture, with a professional website built and launched, a repository of market-leading documents, and a professional certificate marking your completion of the programme.
How is this different from an AI course?+
VELOCITY is about building your ideal start-up venture. You can build any type of organisation (this is not limited to AI companies). AI is purely a tool we use to make you faster, sharper, and more sophisticated at every stage of your build. You will learn each tool by watching it being used live, and by using it on your own venture, at the stage where it does its best work. You will receive the prompts with detailed guidance and have a group in which you can discuss challenges with your trainer and follow cohort members. This programme is more about building expert organisations, and you will also learn a great deal about cutting-edge AI systems.
Can I do this alongside full-time commitments?+
Yes. The programme was purpose-designed for busy professionals. The training comprises one live session each Monday, 90 minutes total: 60 minutes of structured live training plus 30 minutes for Q&A and connecting with the cohort. You then have the rest of the week to work on your module deliverable. The recommended commitment is 3-4 hours. There is then an additional 60-minute live Q&A call on Fridays so we can connect and discuss whatever challenges you faced that week. Every session is recorded so you can catch up at any time.

When does Cohort 02 start?+

Do I need a business idea before I join?+
No. You do not need to arrive with a fully formed concept. The early modules are designed to help you develop and validate a concept before you build. If your initial idea doesn't survive validation, the programme will show you why and support you in finding one that does.
Who else will be in the cohort?+
Cohort 02 has ten places. We are keeping it deliberately small to ensure genuine interaction, peer learning, and meaningful access to Valentine throughout. Places are allocated to professionals who are genuinely dedicated. The calibre of the cohort matters to us as much as it will matter to you.
Do I need prior experience with the AI tools?+
None. Each tool is introduced in context. You learn each tool by using it on your own venture, at the stage where it does its best work. The gap between beginner and confident user closes faster than you expect, particularly when you are applying the tool to something that genuinely lights you up.
What is the refund policy?+
If you complete Module 1 and decide VELOCITY is not right for you, a full refund is available within seven days of that first session. After that point, places are non-refundable, as you will have received substantial value and your place will have been held for the cohort.
What will I have at the end?+
Provided you put the work in, you will have a complete, validated, market-ready venture with a live professional website, and a professional certificate marking your completion of the programme. Every module produces something tangible: your business concept, ideal client avatar, value proposition, business model, operational strategy, brand identity, go-to-market plan, website copy, and the live site itself. All workbooks and recordings are yours to keep permanently.
